Yes, they are permitted, however, you need to pay a new ticket fare difference and $25 handling fee. If you wish to change your flight, please let us know no later than 72 hours prior to your departure.
**If you book a repatriation flight, you can only change to the future ANA repatriation flight.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine the U.S. domestic flight and the repatriation flight. All repatriation flights must leave from ORD/LAX. You would need to purchase a separate ticket to/from ORD/LAX on your own, or we can arrange it for you with $25.00 service fee.

Please read below “After purchasing the Ticket” for necessary documents. For Thai national and Thai passport holders, you do not need Covid-19 test result to check-in with ANA. However, for returning to the U.S., all passengers must have Covid-19 test result.

To ensure a seamless travel experience, please make sure that you have all the proper documents that must be presented upon check-in on ANA.

On April 29, 2021, the Royal Thai government has announced the new regulation elevating the quarantine period to 14 days for all travelers entering Thailand, regardless of nationality and vaccination as follows:
1. Travelers who obtain the Certificate of Entry (COE) after May 1, 2021 must be quarantined for no less than 14 days.
2. Travelers who receive a COE before May 1, 2021 will be quarantined as follows:
2.1 Those arriving in Thailand between May 1-5, 2021 will be quarantined as indicated in the COE (7, 10, or 14 days depending on vaccination record).
2.2 Those arriving in Thailand from May 6, 2021 onwards must be quarantined for no less than 14 days (a new COE may be downloaded at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ before departure).
