To receive the benefits of group travel, you must meet and agree to the following conditions.
Group fare applies for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flight. If the group total becomes less than 10, any offered fare will no longer apply.
Your flight must be combined with an international flight. *If you want to book only Japan domestic flights, we are able to secure the seats but only at the normal fares + our handling fee of $50.00/passenger.
Your group flight must be operated by ANA. Codeshare flights operated by our partner carriers are not applicable. *No USA domestic flights
Submit the form online. If group space is available, the rate and commitment date (deadline to secure any seats with a provided rate) will be advised.
A group PNR will be created to secure the actual seats when we receive your request by the commitment date.
Contract will be sent when all of your requested flights are confirmed.
Deposit of USD $100 per person is required within 12 days after the contract is sent. Deposit must be paid by check or wire transfer.
About 92 days prior to departure is the utilization due date which is the last day to cancel or reduce seats without any penalty.
About 48 days prior to departure, all passenger's passport names, gender and date of birth must be finalized. Name changes are allowed until "Final Due Date" if needed.
About 25 days prior (about 35 days prior for groups of 40 or more) to departure is the final date to make any changes. Once reservations are finalized, no changes will be permitted and your group ticket will be issued.
An invoice will be sent once the group tickets have been issued and the final balance amount shall be due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. It can be paid by check, ACH, bank wire transfer or credit card. Payment by credit card will incur a service fee of 4% (Amex 5%).
